Fred Harteis: John is a man of God who spends his life becoming what God wants him to be.

Billy Florence: What makes John different, Fred?

Fred Harteis: It’s his clarity. 

Billy Florence: Of his writing?

Fred Harteis: Yes, but also clarity of focus and John Maxwell’s sincere motives shine clearly through all his works.

Billy Florence: Have you benefited personally, Fred?

Harteis: Absolutely. My ability to develop leaders has greatly improved by the mentorship of John Maxwell.

Billy Florence: Some people have a more short term impact on leadership. Fred, is that true for Maxwell?

Fred Harteis: Leadership learned here will produce lasting results for generations to come. 

Billy Florence: Any final tip, Fred?

Harteis: We all have great potential; most just lack the direction and inspiration.  I encourage people to find an atmosphere that provides and promotes personal and professional development.
