Sometimes the only place busy business people have to be out of cell phone reach is while in flight.
Would you prefer to be able to use your cell phone though out the flight?
YES?
NO? That question was asked recently in a survey sponsored by the Association of Flight Attendants and the National Consumers League.If you said "NO," you’d match two-thirds of the survey respondents.
67% of airline passengers want the cell phone ban to remain in place.
78% of respondents said cell phone use during flight could hamper passengers from hearing emergency instructions. As in the days when people could smoke on airplanes
70% of respondents indicated if the ban is lifted, airlines should separate out cell phone users on flights.
Only 21% supported allowing passengers to chat during flight.
